Concentrated animal feeding operations, also known as factory farms, have immense negative environmental and community health impacts. As part of a project to address these impacts, I developed an infographic communicating these impacts in a digestible and attractive package. 
In the second phase of work, I designed a public health intervention promoting plant-based protein alternatives which could run in grocery stores. The intervention was based on choice architecture and pricing promotions. I also designed an evaluation methodology based on a randomized control trial.
